Reporting directly to the General Management, your main missions are as follows:

Pilot and manage the entities for which you are responsible and take charge of field missions

- Supervise the operation of the company at the administrative, managerial and financial level

- Supervise the commercial and administrative teams

- Organize the activity, set up procedures and working methods

- Declines the commercial objectives set by the general management

- Provide employee training

- Ensuring the growth of the client portfolio

Required profile:

With an engineering or business school background, you have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar position

- Leadership, autonomous, you distinguish yourself by your interpersonal skills and your ability to manage complex situations

- A solid experience in the Facilities Management business is required

- Legal knowledge in the field of real estate

- Good knowledge of accounting and real estate marketing

- Good knowledge of negotiation techniques

- In-depth knowledge of team management

- Communication skills and ability to persuade

- Rigor and dynamism

- The sense of listening and sharing

- A good understanding of the local economic fabric

- The development of a strong professional network

- Autonomy, etc.
